It is a Mediterranean home with an avant-garde style that adapts the insular tradition with a modern style.
The project manages to connect an open interior space with the exterior terraces and swimming pools. For its part, the interior has been distributed ensuring that all spaces have a housing program, thus avoiding the existence of transition spaces – common corridors – since all these have been integrated into the home.
For this project we have worked with the materiality of fresh whitewash, dry stone masonry and integrates large windows from comfort, contemporaneity and luminosity.
